Dr. David Danish is a board-certified psychiatrist with dual specialization in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Danish brings over a decade of experience in healthcare leadership to his role as Partner of Clinical Programs at Integrative Care Associates.

Dr. Danish leads the clinical vision for ICA’s growing network of practices, supporting over 50 clinicians in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across a wide range of services. With deep experience in interventional psychiatry, Dr. Danish plays a critical role in program development, mentorship, and system-wide clinical alignment.
In addition to his hands-on leadership, he brings a forward-thinking mindset to the evolving mental health landscape—particularly in the areas of technology, artificial intelligence, and the future of care delivery. His work remains focused on balancing innovation with clinical excellence at every step.
John Guardiani, MA, LPC
Partner, Strategy & Operations
John Guardiani is a licensed psychotherapist and experienced mental health operator with a passion for building purposeful, values-driven care systems. As Partner of Strategy & Operations at Integrative Care Associates, John leads the daily infrastructure and long-term strategy behind ICA’s growing network of practices—ensuring that care delivery is smooth, sustainable, and centered around both patients and staff.

With deep experience in the mental health start-up space, John oversees the implementation of multi-layered services with a focus on financial management, ethical leadership, patient experience and the development of future company leaders. He also plays a key role in brand development and marketing strategy across affiliated practices—shaping distinct brand identities while aligning them under a shared mission.
One of John’s core strengths lies in building interconnected systems. He has worked to develop each business as both an independent entity and part of a larger collaborative framework—designing operations and leadership structures that allow each to thrive while benefiting from shared infrastructure and insight.
Madison Walker
Director of Strategic Operations
Madison earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from George Mason University and has built her career in mental health settings that specialize in interventional psychiatric care. She brings expertise in streamlining clinic operations and enhancing patient engagement through thoughtful marketing and growth strategies. Madison’s work focuses on creating efficient systems that support both staff productivity and an exceptional experience for clients.
Emily Carlson
Marketing Director
As Marketing Director, Emily brings over ten years of expertise in brand strategy, content creation, and collaborative leadership. Based in Iowa, she has worked with organizations across a variety of industries to design marketing approaches that foster both growth and authentic connection.

Throughout her career, Emily has guided emerging brands through identity development, public relations, and strategic planning. At Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry, she leads brand direction, campaign execution, and partnership coordination across the organization’s network of practices. Her work is driven by a commitment to purposeful marketing that supports our mission of making integrative, clinician-led mental health care more accessible.
When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys yoga, travel, tending her garden, and relaxing with her dog, Ebb.
